James Haggerty has spent his entire technology career in customer facing roles.  James joined Align in 2015 as a senior engineer and transitioned to a leadership role in 2018, he now leads Align’s 24x7x365 Support Desk, a team dedicated to best-in-class managed services delivery and support services.  In his role as Support Operations Manager, he is also responsible for the strategy, growth, and customer satisfaction of the Managed Services support platform including the Align Managed Services customer portal. 

James is a graduate of the Anthem Institute where he specialized in Networking, Security and Help Desk Support services. In 2018, he co-founded a nonprofit called Onward Foundation with a mission of facilitating a positive impact by successfully integrating communities with charity-based initiatives.  James continues to be a leader at Onward which supports the special needs community in Northern New Jersey.
