Skylar Moran

Skylar Moran brings over 10 years of experience across customer success, sales, SaaS strategy, and cybersecurity-focused service delivery to Align. Prior to joining Align, Skylar served as Senior Director of Customer Experience at Adlumin, where he built and scaled a 30+ person organization spanning Customer Success, Support, and Post-Sales Engineering from the ground up, playing a key leadership role through Adlumin's $240M acquisition by N-able in 2024. Earlier in his career, he held a Customer Success leadership role at Benefitfocus, overseeing enterprise portfolios supporting more than 2 million users across 200+ enterprise clients.

In his role as Director of Customer Success, Skylar leads Customer Relationship Management with a focus on serving clients across the alternative investment space—including hedge funds, private equity firms, and emerging managers. He drives client retention, expansion, and lifecycle strategy by aligning technology, security, and service delivery with the unique operational demands of investment organizations. Skylar partners closely with sales on strategic account planning and executive engagement, bringing a proactive, high-touch approach to every client relationship.

Skylar holds a B.S. in Biology from The Citadel and is an active Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, serving as S6 Communications Officer within the 218th Maneuver Enhancement Infantry Brigade. A veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, he is the recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal and Joint Service Commendation Medals. Outside of work, he competes and coaches in Olympic weightlifting under USA Weightlifting and enjoys golfing.
