Rodney Willis

Rodney Willis brings over 20 years of data center and IT experience to Align. Prior to joining Align, Rodney was the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at NTT Global Data Centers America. He has held progressive roles ranging from sales positions to technical support and channel management and holds two patents for infrastructure management solutions. Rodney's integrity and focus on understanding his customers and delivering proactive solutions have earned him a number of esteemed awards and recognitions including District Sales Manager of the Year and Channel Salesperson of the Year on two occasions each.

Rodney graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Business Management and a Minor in Marketing. His history as a high school and collegiate athlete has taught him the importance of teamwork, dependability, and work ethic which he brings to his professional endeavors. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking, cooking and grilling, and watching and coaching his son’s sports.
