Align Receives Fifth Great Place to Work Certification
The distinction continues the company’s streak of high success this year

The certification is awarded based on the results of the Trust Index Survey, taken by the employees of nominated companies. Out of the numerous companies nominated, only a small percentage score high enough to be certified as a Great Place to Work. This is Align’s fifth year receiving the distinction.
From the anonymous Trust Index Survey, 95% of Aligners stated that Align is a great place to work, compared to the ranking of 57% typically awarded to U.S. based companies. This year, 96% of employees surveyed found that management is honest and ethical, people care about each other, and that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.
