Michael Amatucci has been a dedicated accounting professional since 1993, gaining invaluable experience working across various industries, including brokerage, publishing, IT, cybersecurity, and CPA firms. His career in public accounting led him to achieve his CPA certification, which he proudly maintains active. Michael is committed to staying current with all GAAP pronouncements and any changes in tax legislation and compliance.

For the past 17 years, Michael has dedicated his career to Align. This long tenure has allowed him to gain a wealth of experience and grow both professionally and personally. In his current role as Director of Accounting, he oversees all accounting functions, maintains internal controls to safeguard assets and ensures the integrity of financial records. Michael also manages a dedicated group of accounting professionals in order to produce accurate and timely financial statements for management.

In addition to his accounting duties, Michael is also responsible for all Treasury functions. He provides strategic financial analysis and advice to senior management to support informed decision making. Michael also collaborates closely with all department leads and maintains strong working relationships with Align's external CPA firm, bankers, and investment companies. His dedication and ability to build these key relationships make him an invaluable asset to Align.
