Lance Poole - FNL

Lance Poole is a seasoned sales and global account management veteran, where his primary focus is on developing and executing global sales strategies, managing complex negotiations, and accelerating market penetration for technology and data center solutions.

He brings over 30 years of total professional experience, including 13 years at Digital Realty, where he was a top performer and was promoted to Vice President of Global Accounts after seven years. During his time at Digital Realty, Lance's most notable achievement was successfully selling and leasing upwards of 350MW in total globally, spanning five continents, 15+ countries, and 20+ metro areas.

Prior to Digital Realty, Lance spent 14 years at Cisco Systems, advancing through various roles from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager, where he notably grew a major customer's annual business from $400K to $30 million and finished at 110% of his sales goal five consecutive years.

His earlier experience includes sales and account management roles at Thomas Technologies, James Publishing, and American Container. Lance studied Marketing at Texas Tech University and is involved in his community, volunteering for organizations like Habitat for Humanity and serving as a Deacon at Prestonwood Baptist Church.
