Kaitlin Goncalves

Kaitlin Goncalves brings over seven years of experience to her role as Resource Manager for Align, where she is responsible for the strategic allocation and optimization of personnel and project resources. She has dedicated her entire career to Align, building on valuable experience gained through internships with Northwestern Mutual and Rabobank, and assisting with accounting for her family's construction business, KKG Construction, Inc. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance from Stevens Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Katlin is a lifelong soccer player, enjoys running, golfing, spending time with family, and tackling home improvement projects.
