Jason Bishop

Jason Bishop is Sales Manager of Align’s Assessments and Modernization group. He primarily focuses on the development and growth of the Strategic Advisory, Assessment, and Migrations business via new, enterprise customer acquisition. He also works internally to increase collaboration and efficiency between Aligners to ensure optimal project delivery for clients, regardless of size.

Prior to joining the Align team, Jason has held a number of sales-related roles throughout his 14-year career. Most recently, he was a Senior Account Executive for Enterprise Majors at NRI (formerly Core BTS/Nomura Research Institute). He has also led Services Sales for Northeast Enterprise and Select Districts and SHI, where he managed a team of five while still completing his own sales as an individual contributor.

Jason led the Youth Outreach Initiative as a part of NRI’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force. Throughout his career, he has earned a number of sales-related honors as a top performer– most notably winning first place in NRI’s Pitch Like a Pro Competition in 2025, and earning the #1 Team Performance ranking organization-wide while at SHI.

Jason is a War College graduate where he earned the distinction of Valedictorian. In his spare time, he enjoys building, modifying, and racing cars with his son, playing golf, cooking, and training Muay Thai kickboxing.
