Dan Kummer is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation and operational excellence across financial services organizations. Most recently serving as Vice President of Digital Workplace Customer Care at LPL Financial, he led cross-functional teams in service desk operations, desktop support, and customer experience management, while implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance service delivery and drive efficiency.
 
Previously, Daniel held senior leadership roles at TIAA and Eze Castle Integration, where he spearheaded global support initiatives, built scalable service models, and introduced innovative tools that significantly improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. He is recognized for his strategic vision, talent development acumen, and ability to align technology with business goals.
 
Daniel holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Quinnipiac University and is certified in ITIL 4 Foundations, DEX, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
