At Align, investing in the next generation of talent is a core part of how the company continues to grow and evolve. Each summer, Align welcomes a group of interns from colleges and universities across the country who are eager to gain real-world experience and build a foundation in technology.
The Managed Services Intern Class of 2026 brings together a diverse group of students with a shared interest in IT, client services, and problem-solving. Throughout the summer, they will work alongside experienced teams, gaining hands-on exposure, developing practical skills, and building an understanding of how Managed Services operates in a fast-paced environment. Julian Conner
Julian Conner is a Finance student at Hampton University and an intern within Align’s Managed Services team, focused on Service Delivery. He is particularly interested in the intersection of business and AI and how organizations operate at that convergence. This summer, Julian is looking forward to learning more about client account management and security infrastructure. He is focused on building his communication skills and strengthening his technical understanding across programming and infrastructure. Outside of his studies, Julian enjoys skiing, playing and watching sports, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends.
Anthony Gonzalez
Anthony Gonzalez is studying Data Science and Economics at Quinnipiac University while also pursuing a Master’s in Cybersecurity, and is a Managed Services Intern at Align, focused on Cybersecurity and Network Operations. He was drawn to the opportunity to learn different aspects of the business and develop a broad set of technical skills. This summer, Anthony is focused on strengthening his cybersecurity knowledge while gaining experience working with clients and solving real-world problems. Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with friends, golfing, and fishing!
Ronan Madden
Ronan Madden is studying Accounting and Information Systems at the University of Maryland and is a Managed Services Intern at Align, focused on Cybersecurity and Network Operations. He is interested in the intersection of business and technology and is gaining his first professional experience in a fast-paced environment. This summer, Ronan is focused on building strong communication skills and developing reliability in a professional setting. Outside of school, he enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and following the Buffalo Bills and New York Knicks!
Kai Nakano
Kai Nakano is an Electrical Engineering student at the University at Buffalo and an intern with Align’s Managed Services team, focused on Service Delivery. He was drawn to the opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience and better understand how a Managed Services team operates. This summer, Kai is focused on developing his communication and critical thinking skills. Outside of school, he enjoys going to the gym, listening to music, and exploring topics like animals, business, science, and politics.
Mikayla Nizza
Mikayla Nizza is a Marketing major with a Communications minor at Elon University and a Managed Services Intern at Align, focused on Service Delivery. She was interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT and is excited to learn more about customer service and team collaboration. This summer, Mikayla is focused on developing her communication and customer service skills while building her understanding of technology. Outside of her studies, she enjoys going to Pilates, taking walks, and spending time with friends and family.
Stephen Paul
Stephen Paul is a Finance student at Quinnipiac University and a Managed Services Intern at Align, focused on Client Support Experience. He was drawn to the opportunity to gain exposure to cybersecurity while learning more about the company and the broader industry. This summer, Stephen is looking to deepen his understanding of how cybersecurity supports the financial services sector. He is also focused on developing his skills in AI, customer service, and communication. Outside of school, he enjoys playing basketball, spending time with friends, and watching sports.
Ricardo Reyes
Ricardo Reyes is studying Cybersecurity Management and Analytics at Virginia Tech and is a Managed Services Intern at Align, focused on Cybersecurity and Network Operations. He is especially interested in gaining hands-on experience in cybersecurity and understanding how professionals protect organizations handling sensitive data. This summer, Ricardo is focused on learning the day-to-day work of IT and cybersecurity teams, particularly in financial services environments. He is also working to build his technical, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Outside of school, Ricardo enjoys sports, movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Emanuel Bishay
Emanuel Bishay is a Mechanical Engineering student at Lafayette College and a Managed Services Intern at Align, focused on Service Delivery. He is especially interested in working alongside engineers to understand how technical teams diagnose and resolve service challenges. This summer, Emanuel is looking to deepen his knowledge of service desk operations, tools, and processes while sharpening his problem-solving abilities. Outside of his studies, he enjoys staying active through hiking, sports, and travel.

Jaya Thomas
Jaya Thomas is a Business student at the University of Connecticut and a Marketing Intern at Align. Returning after a previous internship with Align’s Managed Services team, she is excited to build on her experience and explore marketing within the IT industry. This summer, Jaya is focused on developing her digital marketing skills, with a particular interest in social media strategy and SEO. Outside of school, she enjoys reading and spending time with her cockapoo, Zoey.
