John Araneo is Managing Director, Cybersecurity and General Counsel of Align. Before joining Align, John was a partner at a well-known investment management law firm. Having published numerous articles on data privacy, data asset protection and other cybersecurity-related legal issues since 1996, John is an established author, a sought-after speaker, cybersecurity expert and well-known thought leader on the legal, regulatory, governance and employment law issues related to cybersecurity.

Cliff Forrester, Chief Information Officer of Berdon
Clifford Forrester brings more than 20 years of professional experience to his role as the firm’s Chief Information Officer and Leader of Berdon’s Technology Services (BTS) Practice. Previously, he was the head of IT for a global law firm and the global IT and Security manager for an Am Law 100 firm. As both an operational leader and strategist, Clifford is skilled at transforming IT into a business-oriented function that addresses the strategic needs of the organization and clients. In his career, he has successfully implemented initiatives in applications development, networking, infrastructure, cyber security, business continuity, outsourcing, business expansion, cloud computing, and operations management. - Chris Zadrima, Director of Managed Services of Align
Chris Zadrima brings over 13 years of experience architecting and leading successful Managed Service practices. He is a recognized leader in building customer management teams and a subject matter expert on leveraging cloud-based solutions to solve business and operational requirements.
At Align, Chris oversees all aspects of Align’s Global Managed Services practice which encompasses Client Support, Cloud Architecture and Strategy, Project Management, the Network Operations Center and IT Service Desk.
Prior to joining Align, Chris was part of the leadership team of Infoaxis, a technology solution provider, where over his nine-year tenure he successfully built a Managed Service offering which supported over 6000 endpoints. Chris earned a degree from Fordham University and Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Management Information Systems.

Vinod Paul brings over 20 years of in-depth financial services and technology experience to his role as Align’s Chief Operating Officer. Vinod’s responsibilities include the strategic development of Align’s Managed Services offerings, including oversight of Align Cybersecurity™, the company's comprehensive cybersecurity risk management solution. In his current role, Vinod is also responsible for managing senior client relationships with alternative asset managers, providing ongoing guidance concerning industry best-practices and forward-looking trends in managed services.
