Custom Reports
Asset Point allows users to create a broad range of custom reports using the popular Crystal Reports application. Asset Point provides several Crystal templates to get users started, or for experienced Crystal users, custom reports may be created from scratch. Users must have Crystal Reports installed to deploy this feature.
Location Reports
Location reports provide detailed information about one or more assets at a specific location. You can print the reports one at a time, or select a group of assets and print the reports in batch mode. Most of the asset reports fit on a single page, which are especially useful when conducting moves.
Standard Reports
General reports allow users to report on their asset base a variety of ways. The reports can show all the PC's in a building or a cost center, and detail information about the PC equipment by type manufacturer and other criteria. Other options include reporting on active and inactive equipment.
Financial Reports
The five financial reports provide included with the Finance Module offer reporting on present and future projected depreciation expense. Other features include inter-company transfers and month/year to date status.
Utilities/Scanning Report
Enables reporting on a variety of equipment and location data by record number.
