Marc joins Align to help expand our growing strategic data center initiatives. Previously, Marc was a Vice President – Infrastructure Transformation Services at Capgemini. Prior to Capgemini, he was Global Lead for EMC Consulting’s Data Center Consolidation Practice, where he led large-scale projects for Glaxo Smith Kline, the US Air Force and many others. Marc also worked with Accenture and Arthur Andersen, where he led global technology optimization initiatives. Marc is a graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University.

Kevin joins Align to lead strategic sales and business development activities. Prior to Align, Kevin was the Regional Manager of Carrier Services with Presidio, where he was responsible for creating the NY Market presence for the carrier services portfolio. Kevin has worked with some of the world’s leading Fashion, Travel, Media, Legal and Healthcare providers, developing total solutions surrounding their development and business objectives. Kevin is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.

Atif Malik, Director of IT Infrastructure and Application Optimization
Atif has a strong storage and systems background, and recently lead a very successful multi-year global storage and server optimization program for a financial services firm. For Align, his focus is on refining our methodologies around strategic infrastructure and application/cloud optimization. Prior to joining Align, Atif worked as Chief Architect at Forsythe, providing leadership in planning, design and execution of large-scale enterprise infrastructure optimization programs. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from NYU Polytechnic and an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Regis University.

Joe Lembo, Director of Enterprise Operations Strategy
A subject-matter expert in infrastructure operations management, Joe has 30 years of experience managing and consulting on projects that involve mergers/acquisitions, organizational restructuring, infrastructure business process outsourcing and data center operations strategy development. His work has included building and optimizing organizational working practices, ITSM processes, governance models and IT human resources. He will be expanding Align’s ITSM and IT strategy service offerings. Joe studied Liberal Arts at the University of New Haven and has a degree in Management Information Systems from Computer Processing Institute.

Teri Garza, Senior Management Consultant
Teri specializes in financial business case development. She has a strong and diverse finance background with global portfolio and team management experience at firms including C3 Capital, Citigroup and ING. Teri also has expertise in private company development in the bio-pharma space. She previously worked as an Executive Director for NYC’s Department of IT and Telecom (DoITT), providing leadership in planning, execution and business project management for strategic technology initiatives. Teri is responsible for refining Align’s financial business case modeling in support of client evaluation of strategic data center decisions. She has a BA from Yale University.
