Our client, a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax, and advisory services, engaged Align to project manage the relocation of 1,800 servers and 100 network devices to its new data center facility in NJ. The project took place over five phases in an aggressive 10-month timeline. Concurrent to this migration, Align designed and implemented a formal change management program to be utilized for future move, add, change (MAC) events. Align managed the technology migration with no impact to business.
