Senior Developer

Align Communications has developed the Asset Point software suite, the most complete Data Center management tool on the market.  This product is marketed and sold to corporations with large data center operations, with a concentration in the financial services sector.  We are currently seeking a Senior Developer to join our team and help build the best toolset on the market.

The Senior Developer reports to the Director of Development.  They are tasked with developing and supporting the Asset Point application, and any additional or alternative duties, which are reasonably consistent with the position, as required.  Hands on coding of projects using technologies (listed below). Works with the development team to enforce the highest level of software development standards in coding, best practices process and application architecture.

Skills

• 5+ years of coding experience
• 3+ years of .Net development
• 3+ years coding experience using ASP.NET(C# preferred/ASP.NET 2.0)
• 2+ years coding experience with HTML, DHTML, JavaSciprt CSS, XML, XSL & Web Services
• 2+ years experience developing Microsoft SQL Databases (7.0/2000/2005)
• 1+ years of hands on experience using Microsoft VSS
• 3+ object oriented experience

• Exposure to SharePoint
• Exposure to PDA/Pocket PC development
• Exposure to Visio
• Exposure to cubes & Dimensions with SQL Server 2005
