Sales Representative: NYC

Align Communications already works for many of the world’s blue-chip companies – but we’re looking to add a few more to our client list. To do that, we are searching for a seasoned and successful IT Solutions Sales professional to work closely with Align senior management to engage these key customers.

Can you handle penetrating into organizations at the level of the strategic decision maker? Do you have at least 5 - 10 years experience with the ability to drive substantial revenue?  If you have an excellent understanding of IT infrastructure and solution selling, a proven sales process, the ability to show past growth and to sustain a profitable and balanced “project pipeline,” then we want to speak with you.

Ideal candidates will have:

  1. Previous experience in penetrating large organizations at the very highest levels of strategic technology decision makers.
  2. Ability to Identify and concentrate on marketing large and complex consulting to Fortune 1000 companies
  3. Proven track record of over achieving sales targets
  4. Ability to be main point of contact for Align Communications’ current customers
  5. Excellent presentation skills
  6. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Other Requirements:

  • 5-10 years experience or more with sales of technology-based services, solutions or technical products.
  • Previous experience in penetrating large organizations at the very highest levels of strategic technology decision makers.
  • Proven ability to answer complex RFPs and prepare comprehensive proposals.
  • Experience in the conceptual analysis and design of large networking solutions for large corporations
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong written skills.
  • Must be highly motivated, entrepreneurial and take initiative
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.
