Bio: I began as an Analyst in 1994, working on design and relocation projects. From 1999 – 2003, I managed a group of consultants in the technology relocation solution and focused on staffing projects. Today I’m responsible for a global technology project impacting 2,000 personnel in more than a dozen cities worldwide.

Reason for joining Align: Align is known for its excellent people and I am still impressed with the quality and expertise of my co-workers. Teamwork is definitely encouraged and I thrive in a team. I have worked hard and have learned a lot.

Experience @ Align: Project work — Smith Barney, Instinet, Credit Suisse First Boston, CIBC, Barclays. Internal work — sales support, people and career management, daily operations.
