Michael has more than 22 years of experience in leading business process design, development and service delivery operations across infrastructure and application areas. He advises, formulates and delivers global strategies, application development programs, service management (ITIL/ISO 20000) assessments, sourcing initiatives, vendor strategies and ITSM frameworks. Michael’s experience includes the design and management of sourcing initiatives from inception to implementation including portfolio assessments, business case, RFP development and contract design.

Kevin joins Align to lead strategic sales and business development activities. Prior to Align, Kevin was the Regional Manager of Carrier Services with Presidio, where he was responsible for creating the NY Market presence for the carrier services portfolio. Kevin has worked with some of the world’s leading Fashion, Travel, Media, Legal and Healthcare providers, developing total solutions surrounding their development and business objectives. Kevin is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.

Marc joins Align to help expand our growing strategic data center initiatives. Previously, Marc was a Vice President — Infrastructure Transformation Services at Capgemini. Prior to Capgemini, he was Global Lead for EMC Consulting’s Data Center Consolidation Practice, where he led large-scale projects for global pharmaceuticals, financials, and government entities. Marc also worked with Accenture and Arthur Andersen, where he led global technology optimization initiatives. Marc is a graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University.

Arthur has more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale data center relocations. As the Relocate practice leader at Align, he combines his extensive technical knowledge with a proven project management approach to accomplish data center migrations for clients of any size. He is responsible for leading the development of Align’s server migration tool, which enables stakeholders to see the progress of the project cycle and what remains to be addressed. Art’s specialties include design of low-voltage cable plants and data center infrastructure as well as technical design for voice and market data systems.

Dean is the director of the Empower practice at Align and the branch director for the Chicago office. He has more than 15 years of experience in technology and business operations, with expertise in the design and implementation of key change programs. Dean delivers successful projects that include PMO, enterprise project management (EPM) system selection and implementation, and IT assurance planning and implementation (risk analysis, policy definition, security, business continuity and disaster recovery). He has experience in the financial services, healthcare, oil/gas, media and retail industries.

Teri has experience leading complex IT infrastructure integration, development and deployment projects, with a specialty in financial business case development. She has expertise in finance, business management/operations, disaster recovery, business continuity and data center operations. Teri is responsible for financial business case modeling for Align’s clients to help inform the evaluation of strategic data center decisions.

Diane leads the contact center practice at Align and has 30 years of experience in the telecommunications field. She is an expert in evaluating, recommending, designing and implementing systems including contact centers, interactive voice response and unified communications platforms. Establishing the proper processes and customer touchpoints, her team facilitates the attainment of the business goals for firms across the financial, healthcare, leisure, manufacturing and insurance industries.

Atif has a strong storage and systems background, and has provided leadership in planning, design and execution of large-scale infrastructure optimization programs globally. His specialties lie in strategic planning, infrastructure design/Implementation, systems architectures, process improvement, continuity/recovery, and operations engineering. Atif is refining Align’s methodologies around strategic infrastructure and application/cloud optimization.

Ryan has over 15 years of experience building and leading teams that deliver strategic technology infrastructure services and innovative business solutions globally. He is seasoned at bridging gaps between IT and business and communicating across every level and function in an organization — delivering solutions that achieve distinctive and lasting results. Ryan is currently expanding Align’s application layer offering. His global consulting experience extends to clients in 45 countries across five continents.

Scott is a principal at Align and the director for the Integrate and Manage practices. He is responsible for proposals, budgeting, education, resource allocation and overall project management as well as establishing and maintaining vendor relationships. He has been with Align for 15 years and he is experienced in delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide solutions to top financial firms. Scott has a particular strength in unifying an enterprise’s technologies to yield robust, comprehensive solutions.

Nigel Phillips is the Director of Align’s London office, bringing extensive leadership and technical expertise to Align’s suite of infrastructure optimization offerings. He has held a broad range of senior operational and project-related roles and has a proven track record of building mission-critical IT technologies, including voice, networks, desktop, application servers, market data and data centers. His data center expertise extends from construction, monitoring and evaluation and WAN/LAN to servers and application migration elements.

Tom has more than 20 years of experience leading the data center solutions and efficiency group for Align. Tom works with C-level executives to determine growth trends and develop infrastructure projections based on current and future business goals — delivering a strategy that will support all facets of IT infrastructure. His expertise extends to program planning and tracking, budget creation, installation scheduling and project management. Tom contributes to committees that focus on efficiency and sustainability guidelines and has been featured in several articles about designing new data centers and retrofitting existing facilities.
